Members receive a set number of nights annually, offering the flexibility to plan vacations according to their travel preferences and needs. Each year, members are entitled to 6 nights and 7 days of stay, which can be utilized at various destinations. When planning trips, it’s important to consider factors such as preferred travel destinations, accommodation types, and availability. The allocation of stays is influenced by aspects like the resort’s location, the season of travel, the number of travelers, and the chosen meal plan.

Furthermore, you have the option to carry forward any unused nights to the following year or pre-book nights from future allocations, giving you the flexibility to plan your dream vacation when it suits you best.

Your membership allows for a seamless vacation experience, and if you wish to extend your stay beyond the allocated nights, you can simply borrow nights to enhance your holiday plans.

NIGHTS = VACATION

Vacation Nights that owners utilize to secure accommodations at various resorts within the Epsilon network. In simple terms, these Nights are synonymous with the opportunity to enjoy vacations. However, their utility goes beyond that. Vacation Nights can also be interchanged, transformed, and even stored, providing you and your family with a wide spectrum of vacation possibilities extending beyond the Epsilon Vacations resort network.

1) What if I cannot book any holiday in the current year or want to avail Holiday in advance?

Epsilon offers you the flexibility that your Nights will be automatically carried forward to next year. Like;

• Accumulation: Unutilized Nights of the current year can be accumulated to the next year only; any days in excess of 2 years at any point of time shall automatically lapse. As a good practice, it is recommended that you proactively schedule your vacations with us well in advance, ensuring that none of your accumulated nights go to waste.
• Advance holidays: Members can avail holidays for subsequent years utilizing more nights in advance in a Year and subject to payment of the ASF for that subsequent Year.
• Splitting: A Member can split the holiday entitlement and the minimum number of nights to be utilized for each split is 2 Nights and 3 Days. As per norms, a minimum 2-night booking will be counted if you enjoy the holiday for 1 night only.

2) When can I book holiday with Epsilon?

You can book your holiday at any time in a year, depending on your place and dates, following the booking guidelines.

3) What if I want to avail more nights in current year?

You can borrow next year’s nights in advance.

4) At what point can I make a reservation for my initial vacation?

You can commence your vacation from the first day of the following month once your balance is fully cleared within the system.

5) What do “Weekdays” and “Weekend” refer to?

Weekdays consist of Monday through Thursday, while the Weekend spans from Friday to Sunday.

6) Can i gift a holiday to friends and family, If so, are there any associated charges or fees?

Yes, you have the option to gift your night to others by informing the company during the reservation process and covering the relevant guest fees.

7) Where can i use my membership nights?

The Epsilon Membership nights can be used at Epsilon Notified Resorts.

8) What is the maximum number of rooms I can book for a single holiday?

You can book a maximum of 2 rooms for up to 6 people for a single holiday, depending on availability.

9) What is the reason for requiring payment of an Annual Maintenance Charge (AMC)?

Consider the Annual Maintenance Charge as a modest maintenance Charge that you pay on an annual basis. This fee is allocated for the maintenance and continuous improvement of our resorts, including refurbishments and upgrades to the facilities. The ASF plays a crucial role in providing you with access to top-notch amenities and ensuring a delightful holiday experience.

10) What is the process for making a payment for a Epsilon membership?

We offer both EMI and single-payment choices. You can make payments using cheque, drafts, or credit cards.

11) What if I want to transfer whole membership to anyone?

Membership is nontransferable.

12) What is the procedure for canceling my membership?

The membership cancellation period lasts for up to two days from the date of joining and requires a written cancellation request. If you wish to cancel your membership after this initial period, and it has exceeded the specified grace period, a 60% deduction from the membership cost will be applied. It’s important to be aware that membership cancellations are only allowed within the first year from the date of joining.
